The USDT stablecoin will be available to Polygon Level 2 network users.

The creation of a stablecoin on a new blockchain has been announced by cryptocurrency developers. This is excellent news, given Polygon’s high popularity among Dapp makers.

Last month, Alchemy reported that over 19,000 applications were recorded on this Layer 2 network. This is a six-fold increase from the end of October 2021.

The Polygon network’s remarkable rise has not gone unnoticed. Collaboration with Tether will open up new possibilities for the network’s development and success. Paolo Ardoino, a representative for Tether, addressed the issue.

The stablecoin is now supported by 11 different networks. Ethereum, Tron, Omni, Solana, and a slew of others are among the most popular.
